The short version

- Maple & Ash and SumoMaya list bottomless options; the food and drink prices are separate.
- Olive & Ivy offers flavored mimosas by the glass, while CATCH also offers bottle service.
The best mimosas in Scottsdale depend on the brunch you have in mind. Start with CALA for a bottle kit and a DJ, Maple & Ash for bottomless service, or Olive & Ivy for a glass with a fruit twist. SumoMaya pairs its drinks package with shared plates, while CATCH offers both individual mimosas and bottle service.
These are our picks from the restaurants' published menus, checked November 7, 2026. The list covers different ways to order, rather than treating every mimosa brunch as the same experience.
Five mimosa spots at a glance

| Olive & Ivy | A fruit-flavored glass | Berry or passion fruit mimosas |

| CATCH Scottsdale | A choice of glass or bottle | Classic mimosa and bottle service |
CALA: mimosa kits and a DJ in Old Town
CALA is our first pick for a group that wants music with brunch. Its Luxe Mimosa Kit pairs a choice of sparkling wine with orange, strawberry, grapefruit and cranberry juices. The menu lists Franciacorta and prosecco options, so the table can choose the bottle and mix its own glasses.
Weekend brunch runs Saturday and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., with a live DJ. Choose the kit when your group wants to share a bottle; it is listed as a kit, not a bottomless offer.
Ask for the current bottle price when booking. For more nearby options, browse our Old Town Scottsdale restaurants and tap Brunch.
Maple & Ash: bottomless mimosas with a steakhouse brunch
Maple & Ash is the pick when brunch is the main event. Its Scottsdale brunch menu lists bottomless mimosa service at $40 per person, with orange juice, raspberry, rosemary and seasonal fruit alongside the bubbles.
Food is priced separately: Brunch at Maple is listed at $85 per person for an entree and endless sides. That makes the listed food-and-mimosa combination $125 before tax, service charges or other extras. Steak and eggs and chicken and waffles are among the entree choices.
This is a full brunch plan rather than a low-cost drinks stop. The menu also notes a 3.5% staff benefit surcharge, removable on request, and a 20% service charge for parties of five or more. Confirm the final bill and the mimosa service terms with your reservation.
Olive & Ivy: berry and passion fruit mimosas
Olive & Ivy is a useful choice if everyone wants to order their own drink. Its Scottsdale menu lists a Fresh Berry Mimosa and a Passion Fruit Mimosa at $12 each. The berry version uses raspberry and blackberry; the passion fruit version includes orange juice and lemon.
Weekend brunch is served in the dining room from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday. The restaurant is at the Scottsdale Waterfront, which also makes it an option when you're choosing around a particular part of town.
Our reason to choose it is straightforward: you can order a flavored glass without choosing a bottle kit or a bottomless package. See the Waterfront restaurant guide if location is your starting point.
SumoMaya: mimosas with unlimited shared plates
SumoMaya suits a table that wants to pass food around. Its November brunch menu lists a $55 food experience with unlimited shared plates and desserts. All guests at the table are required to participate in the food experience.
Mimosas are part of the separate Endless Sips option, listed at an additional $40 per guest with one-cent refills and a two-hour limit. Food plus that drinks add-on starts at $95 before refills, tax, fees and gratuity.
Thai tea French toast, chorizo egg Benedict and assorted sushi rolls are among the shared-plate choices. The restaurant's hours page lists brunch on Saturday and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Check the current menu when booking; older PDFs carry different prices.
CATCH Scottsdale: a classic mimosa or bottle service
CATCH gives you both routes on its Scottsdale brunch menu. An individual mimosa with prosecco and fresh-squeezed orange juice is listed at $18. Mimosa bottle service comes with orange juice and peach puree, starting at $70 for the listed prosecco option.
The weekend brunch experience is listed at $75 per person, with bakery and dessert stations, raw-bar and sushi selections, and a choice of entree. Drinks have their own menu prices. Cinnamon roll pancakes and steak and eggs are among the entrees.
Choose it when the table wants to compare an individual order with a shared bottle. Ask which brunch format applies to your reservation and how many glasses the bottle service is intended to provide.
Choosing between a glass, a kit and bottomless service
A glass is the simplest order if you want one mimosa with your meal. A bottle kit can make sense for a table sharing drinks, but the bottle price alone doesn't tell you the cost per person. Ask about bottle size, juice refills and the restaurant's intended serving count.
For bottomless service, compare the whole brunch bill. A drinks add-on may sit on top of a required food package, and a time limit changes how you plan the reservation. Confirm whether everyone at the table must take part, whether non-drinkers can order separately, and what fees apply.
Also check that your reservation falls within brunch service. A restaurant being open for breakfast or dinner doesn't mean its mimosa package is available then. Holiday menus and private-event packages can have different terms from a regular weekend table.
Booking your Scottsdale mimosa brunch
Choose the drink format first, then check the restaurant's current brunch menu and reserve directly through its website. For a celebration, give the restaurant your full headcount and ask about seating together before everyone books separately.
