What we collect
When you send a private dining or photo request, we collect what you type: your name, phone, email, date, group size, occasion and notes, plus the page you sent it from, your IP address and browser, and the exact consent wording you agreed to. We also count page views, scrolling, clicks and searches to see which pages help people, without names attached.
Accounts
If you sign in with Google or with a link we email you, we keep your name, email address, your Google profile photo if you use Google, and the places you save, so they follow you to any device. A cookie keeps you signed in. Sign out from your profile page at any time.
The giveaway list
When you enter the monthly night-out giveaway, we keep your email address, name and mobile number, and your texting choice. We also record your IP address and the approximate location our hosting provider derives from it (city, region, ZIP code, country, time zone and network), your browser, and the page you joined from. We use this to run the drawings, contact and verify winners, spot duplicate or automated entries, and send you news about Scottsdale restaurants. Unsubscribe from any email, or reply STOP to any text.
How we use it
We use a request to answer it. For a private dining request, that means sharing it with restaurants that may fit, which then contact you about it by phone, text or email. We don't sell your information.
Saved places
Places you save are kept in your own browser. If you sign in, they're also kept with your account.
Texts
Reply STOP to any text to stop them, or HELP for help.
Your choices
To see or delete what we hold about you, use the form on the contact page and tell us what it's about.
