Official Rules: Monthly Night Out Giveaway

1. Sponsor
FlashCat LLC, an Arizona limited liability company, which runs scottsdale-restaurants.com ("Sponsor").
2. Who can enter
Legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 21 or older when they enter. Employees of Sponsor and members of their immediate families and households can't win.
3. Dates
The giveaway starts October 20, 2026 and runs until Sponsor ends it by posting a notice on this page. The first drawing period runs from the start date through November 30, 2026. After that, each calendar month is its own drawing period. Every period ends at 11:59 p.m. Arizona time on its last day.
4. How to enter
Give your email address, then your name and mobile phone number, in the entry form on scottsdale-restaurants.com. That's your entry. One entry per person; entries using more than one email address or phone number for the same person are void. Once you're entered, you're automatically entered in every later drawing period until you unsubscribe. Agreeing to receive texts is optional and doesn't change your chances. People who entered with only an email address before October 21, 2026 stay entered.
5. Drawing and odds
Within 10 days after each drawing period ends, Sponsor draws one winner at random from all eligible people on the list. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries.
6. Prize
One prize per drawing period: dinner for the winner and up to five guests (six people total) at a restaurant in the Scottsdale, Arizona area chosen by Sponsor. Sponsor may pick a different restaurant each period and provides the prize as a gift card, prepaid credit or prepaid reservation. Approximate retail value: up to $500. Anything beyond the prize value, including extra food, drinks, tax and tip, is the winner's responsibility. Alcohol is served only to guests 21 or older and only under the restaurant's own policies. The prize must be used by the date Sponsor gives when it notifies the winner, which will be at least 60 days later. No cash, transfer or substitution, except that Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Any taxes are the winner's responsibility.
7. Winners
Sponsor notifies the winner by email, and by phone or text if they gave a number, within 10 days of the drawing. The winner must reply within 7 days and may be asked to confirm their age and residence. If a winner doesn't reply in time, isn't eligible or declines, Sponsor may draw another winner.
8. Conditions
By entering, you agree to these rules and to Sponsor's decisions, which are final. Sponsor may disqualify entries made with bots, scripts, fake or disposable email addresses, or any attempt to tamper with the giveaway. Restaurants that host the prize aren't sponsors of the giveaway. To the fullest extent the law allows, entrants release Sponsor and the host restaurant from claims arising from the giveaway or the prize.
9. Your information
Sponsor uses what you give it and the information described in the Privacy Policy, including your IP address and approximate location, to run the giveaway, check eligibility, prevent fraud and send you news about Scottsdale restaurants. You can unsubscribe at any time.
10. Winner's name
Sponsor may post the winner's first name and city. To ask for a winner's name, email [email protected] within 30 days of the drawing.
11. Law
These rules are governed by Arizona law. Any dispute will be resolved individually, without class actions, in the state or federal courts in Maricopa County, Arizona.
